Fine document of the Jam Of The Year tour. Would have liked to see it as a 4 or 6 disc set with more complete shows.

A very nice collection from the early Jam Of The Year shows. This set is somewhat like Budokan in the sense that Thunderball attempts to document all of the different live performances from the tour. I don't believe this set does that to the extent that Budokan does, however it is nice to have most of the rare live performances in the same set. The packaging and sound quality are great, as we have come to expect from Moonraker/Thunderball. This one is definitely worth picking up a copy of.

A great document of the later stages of the 1997 tour. The best of the Jam of the year shows is here in its entirity. Plenty of jamming, decent sound quality and the presence of a few unusual tracks make this an excellent show to have. The third disc contains a slew of bonus tracks from various other shows from the tour and nicely round up most of the songs that were rarely played. No Prince fan is likely to be disappointed with this set.
