The front inlay fold out into a 19.5" x 9" poster with lots of stills from the video. Thunderball has also released a video tape of this show.

The main complaint I have with this release is the sound quality. The recording sounds like it is mono, and very thin. The volume fluctuates up and down in the first part of the show and makes you feel sea sick. The cover artwork is terrible for Thunderball standards as well. The only thing that makes this show worthwhile (IMO) is the content, and the guest appearance of Miles Davis. Sorry, can't recommend this to anyone other than trhe completists out there. Maybe Sabotage's release is better? At least I hope it is.
